Certain religious practices and beliefs among various faiths, in certain cases, transcend detrimental effects on other religious beliefs. Certain edicts give off an adverse feedback to the other. Death as an example, coupled with purgatory among Catholics and reincarnation among Hinduism and Buddhism, and virgin women waiting to meet the dead among Moslems. You see, these are a concoction of an imaginary fantasy to mask the ordeals of reality from the earliest time in the history of mankind.
I talk this way about these major religious convictions because I know that life could really be the Kingdom of God-not when death comes. I do not know how else to put it, but this is the very reason why hardcore radicals become suicidal in the fight for a religious or political cause, or both. A life of peace with one another is heavily contradicted by enchantment of a better life after death. Hence, cultivation of confrontation leading to killings and death have always been the favorable alternative.
Having said so much about life, to me it is either we are sinners or saints. The universal thrust of our discussions is to illuminate more-- humanity’s consciousness with regard to the vital role of religious convictions, no matter how diverse people may be-all across the four corners of the earth, divided by seven continents with over thousands of languages and dialects. Despite the array of diversity we all are one in the human race. The God of old is the same Almighty God that oversee and is responsible for these diversities in order to lay claim before our very own eyes His plans--to unite all of us in spirit and in truth.
Paradise, the promise land, the land filled with milk and honey, nirvana, and what have you, are what everyone wishes. I, for one do...! The common denominator of men is exacting, but diminished by factors as numerous as its differences.
Still, we aspire of what each and every one is nostalgic of--a world of happiness and love. Free of pain and suffering. This book “The Iron Scepter-”just like a rod instigating consciousness that is vital to absolute peace and love. No matter what kind of group or religion one belongs, there is always in us, what God is calling us to do--to be holy and pleasing before Him, by virtue of our life in harmony with one another, which could only be attained by our acceptance of our frailty, through active resilience in rectifying faults we have long lived, and the infirmity that is perilous which defeat our quest for happiness in a global scale.
No other way can we attain such heavenly ideology with all its real splendor and feasibility, if men do not come as one in recognizing what is truly and ultimately of God-understanding, peace, and love for one another. As the shadow of a person is exclusive, being it inseparable from him-as person is to his religious belief. Same with souls of men which is suppose to be exclusive of God in spirit-our one God-of one human race.
There is no reason why we can not live in absolute pleasantry in sharing a common humanity under one God! It is just a matter of checking our ways and put off pride and start advancing each others welfare toward the new heaven and the new earth-the promise land, as this book, the Iron Scepter leads us there... as we move on to the next chapter.
